A freaking huge front wheel. This bike is a more conventional shape with more conventional features like a recognizable features like a fuel tank and a place for a rider to sit. I can't tell if the handlebars would be workable (too high and your hands go numb after a while), but they're probably fine for what the bike is intended to do.
