I think this is along the Upper Tampa Bay Trail going from Pasco County into Hillsborough County. There's a lot that can be said about this trail. Probably the nicest is that it isn't heavily utilized. Oh, and that it's well paved. The route takes you along a busy intestate for about half of its distance and that's not really a cherry thing.
